Hi, I hope it’s OK to ask a question in english!
Just got my hands on an old B16. Going over it I found these ”horns” welded to the front lift. Doesn’t seem factory, and the action is kind of reversed since the hydraulics push it downwards instead of lifting it. Any ideas about the use of these? What kind of attachement is it for? Finally; should I just cut them of?! I think they are ugly and futhermore, they are in the way of the front lift bolts, making it hard to attach the snowplow to the front lift! your front hydraulics seems to be original, but the "horns" I cannot find in the spare part list picture, so they might be "customized". For your convenience I attach a picture from the spare parts list. But you want to have a look at the spare parts list on your own as there have been different variants for different machine numbers. Hi
Yes, I'm convinced my front hydraulics are modified. Welds look a bit homemade and they are painted by hand, not sprayed. Question is why? I cannot see the use of this addition since they're not capable of lifting. Anyway, I have decided to cut them off. Regards/Andreas

I think, you can cut it. It's not original and it was used for anything, we don't know. Without this attachement it's useless.

Against your opinion : I think the adjustments were made for lifting a front deck -
like a mower or a snow plow. Is your B16 with a front Pto?

Yes, I have the front PTO, but these extra arms could not lift anything, since they're acting backwards. The one-way hydraulics can only push them down, not lift them.
...and I've got rid of them now!
